FAQS

  • Although I’m based in Canterbury, Kent, I’m more than happy to travel to shoot weddings. Depending on the distance, if overnight accommodation is required, that will be added into the cost of the quote, as will mileage at 45p per mile (if the wedding is outside of Kent).

  • I love the Marriage Review, which is why I not only want to provide you with beautiful photos that will help you re-live all the special moments of your wedding day, but also with something that is my way of investing in your marriage, which is why I give all my couples a free Marriage Review book.

The Marriage Review book is an amazing tool created by Manda and Jon Wilson that is designed to be a fun, chilled way of celebrating your marriage, making space to plan out goals and make space and time for the conversations that we just don’t get time for in the business of day to day life.

It is a beautiful, hand-made book (made by Manda), and is a great way of not only celebrating your marriage, but also a chance to look back over all the things you have done and achieved together - a bit like a marriage scrapbook. Tish and I use this resource ourselves and absolutely love it, which is why I give a free copy of it to all my couples who book me in for their wedding day.

  • My approach to photography is relaxed and focused on capturing your day without it feeling like a 10 hour photo shoot. I will capture your day in a documentary style and if you and the guests aren’t aware that I’m taking phots, then I’m doing my job well.

The decision around how many photographers you need is really down to personal preference and the coverage you want. If your wedding is spread over multiple venues throughout the day, then having a second photographer can be really handy.

An example of when this would be recommended, is if you wanted bridal prep photos as well as some groom prep/groomsmen photos, but those are happening at two different locations. If a second photographer is wanted, I can sort that out as I have a number of photographers that I know and have worked with and can arrange for them to come along.
